FORMAT:
o Friday – Single
session, timed finals, all ages and genders
o Saturday & Sunday
– Split session, prelims and finals 11-12 and 13-14, timed
finals 10-Under and 15-Over.

SPLIT:

§ First Session/Prelims -
All 11-12 and all 13-14
§ Second Session/Timed
Finals – All 10-Under and all 15-Over
§ Third Session/Finals
– Top 12 in each event contested in first session

ELIGIBILITY/ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS: All entrants must have achieved a PNS Gold time
for each event they enter.

NOTES:
§ 8-Unders must have
achieved a 10-Under PNS Gold time to enter an
event
§ Swimmers must have a
PNS Gold time in every event they enter
§ Check the “Are
You Qualified” section of the Monday Blast to see if
you’re listed in the Gold qualifiers.
