·        WHAT: PNS Long Course Championships - KCAC Federal Way - Long Course, Age Group & Senior Meet

·        FORMAT:  Championship Format (prelims/finals) except 10-Under (timed finals only in prelims

·        WHEN: Thursday-Sunday, 28 July-1 August 2010

·        WHERE: King County Aquatic Center/Federal Way

·        ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Must have met PNS Champs time standard in any course between 1 April 2009 and entry deadline.  Must have met standard in every event entered.
